Payment Policy

1. We only accept SGD$. Payment can be made either via Internet Banking or ATM Transfer.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of orders can only be made before payment is made. As we place our orders according to our buyer's orders. Therefore, any cancellation/refunds request after we received the payment will not be entertained.

Delivery Policy

1. All items will be sending out through normal postage by default and the fees will be borne by TLA.

2. Customers have to bear responsible for the possibility of goods loss when choosing normal postage.

Exchange / Refund Policy

1. We always ensure that we send out orders in the best conditions.

2. Exchange & Refund is available in TLA. Depending on what purchase you made, kindly refer to (A) In-Stock Items or (B) Pre-Order Items below for more details.

3. There might be a slight difference in the colour shown in the pictures due to different computer and different resolution. However, we can assure you that the apparels are 98% true to what the model is wearing in the pictures.

1. We treat all transactions and customers' particulars with the strictest confidentiality.

(A) In-Stock Items

Items Availability

1. All items are sold on a first-come-first serve basis. Items will be reserved for a maximum of 3 days after confirmation. If payments are not made within this period, orders will automatically be voided and be available to the next shopper.

Ordering Policy

1. 100% Full Payment has to be made for all In-stock items.

2. Once you have made your order, an confirmation will be emailed to you within the next 48 hours. Upon receipt of the invoice, kindly make your payment within the next 3 days without which your order will be disregarded. If otherwise, please do let us know immediately if there are any difficulties encountered.

3. Once full payment is received, orders will be sent out within the next 1-2 days.

Exchange / Refund Policy

1. Any Exchange / Refund case must be made known to us through email within 3 days upon issuing of goods by us.

2. If customers experience any defects with the goods upon delivery, under certain circumstances, we do provide a one-to-one exchange. Exchange will be accessed on a case-to-case basis.

Exchange is usually carried out if

1. Colour of item delivered is not what is ordered.

2. Size of item delivered is not what is ordered.

3. Torn/serious defects.

4. Full Refund will be carried out if exchange is not possible as items are not in stock. It will be accessed on a case-to-case basis.

5. Customers have to bear full responsibility for the postage fee.

6. We seek your understanding that we would not be liable for any lost mails by SingPost. Hence, registered mail is recommended.

(B) Pre-Order Items

Ordering Policy

1. Orders will be processed on the weekends.

2. Customer can choose to make a full payment or make a 50% down payment for all your pre-order purchase. You will be notified to pay the other 50% once the goods reach Singapore.

3. Once you have made your order, an confirmation will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours. Upon receipt of the invoice, kindly make your payment within the next 3 days without which your order will be disregarded. If otherwise, please do let us know immediately if there are any difficulties encountered.

4. We will update the status of orders on this site. Please visit our site frequently for these updates.

5. The entire waiting period will be approximately 2-3 weeks after our Pre-Order end. (1 week for us to send the money to supplier, 1 weeks for our supplier to sort the items, 1 week for our supplier to send the items to Singapore).

Refund Policy

1. Any Refund case must be made known to us through email within 3 days upon issuing of goods by us.

2. If the item which you have ordered is Out Of Stock (OOS) and has stopped production, we will notify you immediately and give you a full refund for that item.

3. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, kindly email us. We will gladly refund back your money upon receiving the items back. However, do take note that up to 50% of the payment for that item will be refunded and it must be done within 3 days upon issuing of goods by us.

4. Customers have to bear full responsibility for the postage fee.
